Hex Dominion Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-22

Hex Dominion (the "game", the "app") is a turn-based strategy game for Android published by Hiran Travassos ("we"), the controller of the data described here. For anything about privacy, contact hirantravassos@gmail.com.

This policy follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

Your privacy choices (personalized ads on/off, answer to the consent form)Respect your choicesYour device and Google (User Messaging Platform)

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or health data.

3. Ads

The game shows a banner during play and a full-screen ad before each match, served by Google AdMob. People with an active subscription see no ads and the ads SDK is not even started.

Where the law requires it (for example the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) we show Google's consent form (UMP) before any ad. You can review your choice at any time in Settings > Review ad consent, when available, and switch Personalized ads on or off in the same Settings screen. Without consent we only request non-personalized ads, or no ads.

You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Google > Ads). See how Google uses data from partner apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Subscription and payments

The monthly "Remove ads" subscription is billed and managed by Google Play, with the local price set in Google Play. You cancel or change it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. We only receive the purchase token and the subscription state, never payment details. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. Legal bases (LGPD art. 7 / GDPR art. 6)

6. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with: Google (Google Play and AdMob); the company that hosts our server (Railway, with servers in the United States); and the storage provider that holds database backups, which are kept in private storage. Because these providers may be outside your country, your data may be transferred internationally with the safeguards required by law. We do not sell data.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may ask for: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about who we share data with; information about the option not to consent and its consequences; and withdrawal of consent. Users in the EEA and the UK also have the GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may complain to their data protection authority.

How to ask: write to hirantravassos@gmail.com with the support code shown in Settings > Privacy (it is your anonymous installation code; without it we cannot find your data, precisely because we do not know who you are). We answer within 15 days. To delete your data use the same contact; cancel the subscription in Google Play first so it is not billed again. In Brazil you can also complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Because the game has no accounts there is no in-app "delete account": uninstalling the game removes the data on your device, and an email request removes the data on our server.

9. Children

Hex Dominion is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child gave us data, write to the contact above and we will delete it.

10. Security

The app talks to our server over HTTPS. Access to the server and database is restricted, and the subscription is always confirmed with Google on the server. No system is perfectly secure; in case of a relevant incident we will notify affected people and the authorities as the law requires.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced in the app or on the store page.
